Taxes/Duties

Taxes/Duties are not calculated in our pricing, and you may be subject to these when the package reaches the country of your residence. Once a package has been picked up by the respective courier, any duties or taxes levied on the package upon arrival to the destination country will be the responsibility of the client who placed the order.

 

Global returns

we only accept the exchange of defective items, like having been torned or broken. We do not accept the refund of the decectives and customer requests for returns or exchanges. If you receive the defective product, please send an e-mail with your order number and pictures that shows defective point within 10 days after product’s arriving.
